100% agree with you regarding May and Stansfield positions, Stansfield says the same constantly regarding his position. Thorn definitely in that position too. How Davies can't see this is beyond me. Laird gives forwards no confidence to make a run into the box. I for one did not expect to walk...

So what changes do you personally think need to happen?

The issue for me with Davies in that even though something isn't working you just keep on doing exactly the same thing and expect a different result, that's just stupid. Things havnt been good for a fair while now if we are all totally honest, not just the last two or three games.
