What’s happening?
The OSC are cleaning up the streets around St. Andrews @Knighthead Park to make it a more pleasant environment for supporters and the local communities.
I don’t live in the area, why does that matter to me?
We think given the investment made by Knighthead to the infrastructure of the club and the stadium it would be nice to give back to them and give the local area a clean-up. Unfortunately, matchdays can create plenty of litter and we would like to contribute to reducing the amount of rubbish that can be found scattered around the ground in bushes and the like.
What will I gain from attending?
Besides the pride of cleaning up an area those attending Wednesday’s event will be given an exclusive look at the progress behind the scenes at St. Andrews @Knighthead Park. Members that also attend will be guaranteed an invite to the exclusive invite only opening of the club’s new superstore on Thursday 8th August.
What do I need to bring with me?
We’ll provide bin bags, litter pickers and gloves. If you have any battery powered strimmers they will be very handy for talking overground verges and weeds in the surrounding areas.
What time does it start?
We would like to welcome you all between 5.30PM and 6pm ready for a 6.10PM start. We’ll finish at 8pm having tidied up the area and had an exclusive first look at some of the works that have been ongoing throughout the summer. The club will be providing pizza and drink for those in attendance to enjoy with each other from 8pm until 9pm when the event concludes.
